He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Buckley; his daughter Holly Buckley; his parents, J. E. Buckley and Nora Buckley; and his sister Earnistine Sant.

He is survived by: his son Lee Buckley (Brandie); his grandchildren, Aaron Buckley and Kassie Buckley; and his siblings, Dale Huey (Clint), Fannie Ruth Williams and Billy Buckley (Sarah).
