He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Warren and Letha Mae White; his wife Betty L. White; and his siblings, Jeanette Jones, Lorraine Graham and Charles White.

He is survived by: his sons, Edward "Joe" Earl White (Erin) and James "Mikey" White; his grandchildren, Nicholas Light, Heather Sims and Toby Jarreau, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Madelyne Sims Light and Landon Lane.
