He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy; and his parents, Harvey Carpenter and Juanita Carpenter. He is survived by: his son Michael Carpenter; and his brother Billy Carpenter (Judy). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Newsom Funeral Home (911 E Main St, Charleston, MS 38921). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
