It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Minnie Light (Charleston, Mississippi), born in Potts Camp, Mississippi, who passed away on July 3, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Monroe Light; her sons, Jerry Lynn Light and Paul Alexander Light; and her brothers, Lester Betts and Freddie Betts.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Burt, Larry Monroe Light of Charleston, MS, John David Light of Judsonia, AR, Joseph Daniel Light (Melissa) of Big Sandy, TX and Tommy Michael Light of Dundee, MS. She is also survived by grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Peach Creek Cemetery Fund.
