He is survived by: his wife Diane Champion of Charleston, MS; his children, Amanda Champion of Como, MS, Stacey Robb (Chad) of Charleston, MS, Richie Champion (Debbie) of Pope, MS and Curtis Todd (Jill) of Water Valley, MS; his grandchildren, Kayla Champion of Walls, MS, Kelsey Champion of Batesville, MS, Jacob Champion of Pope, MS, Justin Champion of Pope, MS, Eli Robb of Charleston, MS, Molly Todd of Water Valley, MS and Parker Todd of Water Valley, MS; his great grandchildren, Mila Baker of Batesville, MS, Noelle Baker of Batesville, MS and Noah Baker of Batesville, MS; his siblings, Anita Sykes (Johnny) of Charleston, MS, Melanie Whitten (Tandy Sr) of Charleston, MS and Bennie Champion (Shirley) of Charleston, MS; and his sister-in-law Emily Champion of Charleston, MS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
