He is survived by: his parents, Nick Denley and Barbara Denley of Grenada, MS; his children, Cissi Denley and Doug Denley (Cheryl); and his brother Randy Denley (Nancy) of Grenada, MS.. He is also survived by six grandchildren.

The family request memorial contributions be made to the VA hospital.
