He is survived by: his children, Vicky Grammer of Holcomb, MS, Nancy Timbs (Joseph) of Cascilla, MS and James R. Foster of Grenada, MS; his grandchildren, Rebecca Pearson, Johnathan Outz, Angel Timbs and Jacob R. Foster; and his great grandchildren, Alizabeth Foster, Liam Foster, Naomi Timbs and Braylon Taylor.
