She was loved and cherished by many people including: her former husband David "DaDa" Micheal Lewis of Rosedale; her daughters, Madelyn Ruth Lewis (Don) of Hernando, MS and Emily Hays Lewis of Leland, MS; her friend Tribbett; her husband David Michael Lewis; her grandson Reed Michael Cook; her mother Isabelle Welshans Hays of Charleston, MS; her brother William Louis Hays, Jr. (Lynn) of Collierville; her father William "Billy" Louis Hays of Charleston, MS.; and her sister Catherine Hays Belvedresi.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to Saint John's Episcopal Church of Leland, P.O. Box 267, Leland, MS 38756.
