He is survived by: his children, Angela Darlene Harrell of Carthage, MS, Cynthia Takacs (Steve) of Waxahachie, TX and Vernon Gene Wattles (Missy) of Portage, IN; his grandchildren, Nicole Elizabeth Trest, Erica Lynn Winters, Julie Ardrey, Nicholas Takacs, Andrea Richart, Austin Wattles and Jordan Wattles; his great grandchildren, Cloee Bryant, Gunnar Bryant, Dawson Trest, Brody Richart, Evelyn Richart, Addison Wattles, Magnolia Richart and Vivian Wattles; and his sisters, Pat Boozer of Lake City, FL and Voncile Jennings of Houston, TX. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
