It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Percy L. Whalen Jr. (Carthage, Mississippi), who passed away on May 30, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Leonard Whalen, Sr. and Sadie Mae Elion Whalen; and his wife Sandra Ann Anderson Whalen. He is survived by: his brother Dwayne Whalen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, a very special cousin Mr. Larry Wilder, a very special friend.
