He is survived by: his wife Laura Lee O'Cain; and his children, Brian Christopher O'Cain of Carthage, MS, Jennifer Feraci (Tim) of Canton, MS and Rachel O'Cain of New Orleans, LA. He is also survived by three grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
