He is survived by: his wife Charlene Fairley of Prentiss, MS; his children, Samuel Fairley, Jr. of Brandon, MS, Joan London Hall of Prentiss, MS and Dana Mack of Hattiesburg, MS; and his siblings, Joe Louis Fairley of Carson, MS, Gilda Jefferson of Carson, MS and Joyce Herrington of Carrolton, TX. He is also survived by grandchildren: 10; great-grandchildren.
