He is survived by: his wife Pamela Cook of Carson, MS; his daughters, Kadre Leavy of Hattiesburg, MS, Londra McInnis of Carson, MS and Chara Applewhite of Magee, MS; and his brothers, James Cook of Texas, Larry Cook of New Orleans, LA, Elton of Bassfield, MS, Ledaron Cook of Bassfield, MS and Chester Cook of Tupelo, MS. He is also survived by grandchildren: 8; great-grandchildren.
