He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lee McNeer and Bessie McDonald McNeer; his wife Irene Downs McNeer; his brothers, Albert Lee McNeer and Billy Wade McNeer; his grandson Derrick Ross Peeples; and his great grandchild Myers Katherine McNeer.
He is survived by: his children, LaDonna McNeer Watkins of Carrollton, Jim McNeer (Kim) of Carroll County and Chad McNeer of Carrollton; and his grandchildren, Kelly Carver (Brent) of Carroll County, Kristy McIntyre (Chad) of Stewart, MS, Hunter McNeer (Courtney) of Greenwood, Reed Douglas (Austin) of Monroe, LA and Carter Perry (Clay) of Carroll County.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery.
