He was predeceased by: his wife Cleo Millwood Elliott; and his sister Edith McCaleb Lindsay (Peck). He is survived by: his children, Charles Elliott, Jr. of Carrollton, MS, Paul Elliott (Gail) of Clarksdale, MS and Donna Peavy (Ben) of Richland, MS; his grandchildren, Jake Elliott (Kelly), Mandy Willard (Dylan), Justin Elliott, Mason Peavy and Sarah Peavy; and his great grandchildren, Kady Elliott, Charles Owen Elliott and Ellie Willard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
