As Virginia departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Virginia may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Virginia leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Doyle and Mildred Odell Mason (Stockstill); her brother Hebert Glenn Mason; and her daughter Marinda Ellen Dillard. She is survived by: her husband Douglas A. Dillard; and her grandchildren, Chad Douglas Dillard, Logan Paul Peters, Jaelyn Paige Lorraine Dillard and Jenna Grace Caroline Dillard. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
