He is survived by: his wife Louella "Lou" Flanders Randolph; his children, Richard M. Randolph (Pia) and Caroline M. Estopinal; his stepchildren, Donald Phillips, Timmy Phillips, Louis Phillips, Jesse Phillips and Alice Guidry; and his grandchildren, Courtney Randolph, Alyssa Randolph, Matthew Randolph, Christopher Randolph, Richard "Ryan" Estopinal and Travis Estopinal. He is also survived by great grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
