She was predeceased by: her husband Otto Sumrall; her parents, Cleo Campbell and Levi Spears; her stepfather Stuart Campbell; her son Levi Otto Sumrall; and her sister Dorothy Marie Spears.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Ann Myrick, Terri Lynn Smith, Delories Eileen Broadhead (Joel) and Nellie Renee Scheel (Eddie); and her grandchildren, Steven Myrick, James Smith (Lashawn), Micheal Smith (Kimberly), Jeffery Smith, Christy Gross (Dean), Megan James (Eric), Damon Spradley (Kayla), Carrie Jo Kelly, Jim Knotts (Rebecca), Levi Sumrall (Brittany), Ryan Sumrall, Wesley Sumrall (Marissa), Chris Blackwell, Heather Morales (Justin), Jeremy Blackwell (Lacey) and Haley Blackwell. She is also survived by thirty-seven great-grandchildren; ten great-great-grandchildren.
