Tatom; his children, Jenean Tatom, Marcel Medeiros, Robert Duke Tatom, Summer Tatom, Joseph Tatom and Amanda LaCaze; and his siblings, Benjamin Tatom, Kaniu Kinimaka Stocksdale, Keala Kinimaka Senkus, Kapiolani Kinimaka Alquiza, Titus Kinimaka, Nani Kinimaka Davis, Lihue Kinimaka Lopez, Alekai Kinimaka and Kaimi King. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
