He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Peter Riley and Josephine DiGiovanni Riley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Baiter Riley; his daughter Dawn Marie Riley Toney; his son-in-law Tyrone Toney, Jr.; his son Philip Joseph Riley Jr.; and his grandson Malik E. Womack.
