He is survived by: his spouse Barbara June Pikla Smith; his children, John Clay Smith (Shelley), Michael David Smith (Lisa), Robert Joseph Smith (Kristie), Mark Christopher Smith and Barbara Pikla; his grandchildren, Candace Smith, Austin Matthews (Marilyn), Christian Smith (Trysta), Kristi Smith, Rio Sale, Camryn Smith, Sienna Smith, Joseph Smith, Kaden Smith, Kortney Smith and Konner Smith; and his great grandchildren, Avalynn Smith and Averie Smith. He is also survived by husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.
