He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Jeffcoat Tarter. He is survived by: his brothers, Danny Tarter (Frances) and Glen Tarter (Leslie); his nieces and nephews, Brandon Tarter (Donna), Tina Ellis (Brian), Torey Tarter (Kathi), Joshua Tarter (Stacy) and Bryan Tarter (Crystal); and his father Melvin Tarter.
