She is survived by: her children, Billy Manuel (Sybul June), Michele Miller (Neal) and Margie Manuel; her grandchildren, Alisha Carter (Jonathan), Katelynn "Katie" Westbrook, Christine Manuel, Cynthia Manuel and Robert "B. J." Harvey; her great grandchildren, Alexander Dell, Jacob Parks, Alaysia Manuel and Nicole Carter; and her sister Patsy Deters. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
