He was predeceased by: his parents, Corwin Toben and Erma Toben; and his brothers, Richard Toben and Steve Toben. He is survived by: his wife Karen Toben; his sons, Joshua Toben (Elizabeth) and Elijah Toben; his stepchildren, Layla Dutruch (Maurice) and Clinton Hathcox; his daughter Anastasia Marie Hathcox; his sisters, Sandra Mohrfeld (Tom) and Kathy Butler (Kirk); and his grandchildren, Kyler, Alex, Tristian, Zachary, Jordan and Kylie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Forrest Funeral Home (1258 Richburg Rd, Hattiesburg, MS 39402). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
