He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy R. Dodd and Anna Campbell Dodd. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Dodd (Brandi), Justin "Huey" R. Dodd (Wendy) and Jacob Dodd (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Hayden Dodd, Holden Dodd, Hudson Barnum, Alex Nelson, Cade Chambliss, Landon Dodd, Mia Dodd, Braxton Dodd, Makenna Dodd DeNicola (Andre) and Blakeney Dodd; the mother of his children Judy Beebe; and his siblings, Timmy Dodd (Paula), Sandra Braddy (Willie), Tommy "Ko" Dodd (Sherry), Donald Dodd (Ginny), Sherman Dodd (Becky) and Jill Frierson (Chad). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to PYAA, PASA, PRCAA, or any athletic organization to help with underprivileged children who may want to join a team and the family needs additional help.
