He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn E. Sullivan and Daisy W. Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Sullivan; his children, Wayne Sullivan, Elliott Sullivan, Shannon Deroche, Tisha Sullivan and Jessica Meyers; and his sister Clarice Fried. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
