He is survived by: his wife Janice Lynn Seigler Hill; his children, Allan Keith Hill (Emilie), Kathleen Hill (Ellis Winter), Jessica Seigler and Brent Seigler (Krystle); his grandchildren, Keith Hill, Lincoln Hill, Emma Seigler, Addilyn Seigler and Isabella Seigler; and his siblings, Joe Hill, Helen Kelly (Terrell) and Mark Hill (Dina). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
