It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genell Watkins Schierholz of Carriere, Mississippi, born in Fayette, Alabama, who passed away on April 30, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Melton Watkins and Dollie Bell Fowler Watkins. She is survived by: her son Erroll Joseph "Sandy" Schierholz; and her siblings, Gerald Dale Watkins, Sr., Lorrize Meeks and Glenda Hill. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
