Though Emma Ellen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Emma Ellen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lowell Pearson; and her brothers, George, Jimmy, Chester and Carl Dunlap.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Pearson and Phil Pearson (Melissa); her grandson Stephen Pearson; and her brother Sam Dunlap.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Flat Top Unity Baptist Church in her memory.
