She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas D. Bilbo, Sr.; her parents, John Elbert Moore, Sr. and Johnnie Lou Moore; and her stepmother Ina Mae Moore. She is survived by: her children, Thomas D. Bilbo, Jr., Tammie Ladner and Teresa Norris; her siblings, Doyle Moore (Linda), John Moore Jr. (Betty), Travis Moore and Rita Wilmer (Bruce); her grandchildren, Mallerie Ladner, Aaron Ladner, Megan Delgado, Michael Norris and Chelsea Powell; and her great grandchildren, Avery, Hallie, Eva, Audrey and Oliver.
