He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Rester (Eric) and Patricia Dupuy (John Walker); his grandchildren, Courtney Kellar (Jake), Cameron Dupuy, Gabrielle Dupuy, Cade Dupuy and Calvin Garret Rester; his great grandchildren, Chase, Holden and Silas; his brother Bill Laird (Gina); and his nieces, Cynthia Cavaretta (Kevin), Kelly Tullier (Mike) and Brooke Smith (Braeden).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the West Union Baptist Church (560 W Union Rd, Carriere, MS 39426). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the West Union Baptist Church Cemetery (560 W Union Rd, Carriere, MS 39426).
