He was predeceased by: his father W. B. Kelly of Nashville, Tennessee. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kelly of Carriere, Mississippi; his daughter Dana Lacher (Joseph) of Carriere, Mississippi; his mother Ada Ruth Kelly; his stepchildren, Kenny, Tracey Sullivan of Manchester, Tennessee, Tammy Williams (Pat) and Candy Sullivan of Manchester, Tennessee; his sister Rebecca Bembry (Elwyn); his nephew Patrick Bembry; and his niece Kelly Midura. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
