He was predeceased by: his mother Lynda McCormick Boutwell; his son Morgan Boutwell; and his grandparents, T. J., Pauline McCormick, Lamar and Elvie Boutwell.
He is survived by: his father Bruce Shelton Boutwell Sr.; his wife Angela "Jalove" Bennett Boutwell; his children, Cody Boutwell (Amber), Bruce Boutwell (Mya), Ashley Welborn (Drew) and Allision Drennan (George); his grandchildren, Ryliegh, Bently, Layla, Abel, Grayson, Waylon, Novaleigh and Emma; and his sisters, Stephanie Munizza (Tony) and Lesley Polk (Kenny). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
