He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Vera. He is survived by: his wife Becky Wells Sterling; his children, John Sterling (Cassie), Patricia Sterling (Jim Colborn) and Rachel Stone (Robert); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Laura, Ethan, Eli, Brody, Jennifer and Davis.
