He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Emily Sham Gulfport (Michael) and Michael Allen (Claire); his grandchildren, Taylor Sham, Michael Sham III and Riley Keith Allen; his siblings, Tim Allen (Kathy), Tanya Jones, Teresa Sones (Jeff) and Todd Allen (Charmaine); and his siblings-in-law, Butch Stallings (Julia) and Jaimie Peltier (Rick).
