With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Brown (Canton, Mississippi), who passed away on September 2, 2018 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Brown and Bertha Brown; his children, Wesley Brown, Janelle Brewer and Eddie Poole; his siblings, Wesley Brown, Kenneth Brown, Helen Bassett and Gloria Cox; his grandson Forrest Cotten; and also Ruth Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Brown; his daughters, Sherry Brown and Dawn Kyzar; his stepson David Barlow (Vanessa); his brother Don Brown; and his grandchildren, Dawn Boteler, Lisa Crocker (Charlton), Shannon Poole, Tracy Allen (Johnny), Missy Hardin, Brandy Martin (Kenny), Jake Kyzar (Kelly), Vincent Clay (Michelle) and Tiffany Barlow. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
