She was predeceased by: her parents, John Patrick and Claudine Patrick; and her siblings, Dewayne Patrick, Eugene Patrick and Nancy Heathcock.

She is survived by: her son Josh Pugh (Holly); her granddaughters, Anna Kate Pugh and Averi Pugh; and her brother Bill Patrick. She is also survived by many cousins and very very dear friends.
