She was predeceased by: her father Willie Brown (Bill); and her brother James Brown. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Castle Sowell, Charles Nicholas Castle, Paul Alan Castle and Timothy Scott Castle; and her sisters, Linda McCommons Dulworth, Ann Brown Cauthen and Carolyn Brown Cauthen. She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
