It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Charles McPhail of Canton, Mississippi, who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl McPhail and Liddie McPhail; his son Johnny Dale; and his siblings, Darwin McPhail (Irene), Logan McPhail (Mavis), Joy Moore (Kermit) and Dare Raspberry (C. V.).
He is survived by: his wife Rosie Jauquine Ross; and his children, David McPhail (Pam), Donna Kettleman (Philip), Johnna LeVern (Chris) and Dawn Summerhill (Wade). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
