He was predeceased by: his son Danny Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Burns Holmes; his children, Mac Holmes (Sharon) and Jeannie Hicks (Mike); his daughter-in-law Debbie Holmes; and his grandchildren, McKay Holmes (Camie), Ben Holmes (Bonney) and Holly Glenn (Marty).
