He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Davis Parker and Irene Parker (Liles); his brother Randy Parker; and his brother-in-law Lloyd Turner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Parker (Spradley); his daughters, Jean Parker, Wendy Parker and Dinah Lewis (Paul); and his siblings, Billy Dale Parker (Joeann), Rodney Parker (Kathy), Peggie Turner (Parker) and Judy Gainey (Ricky Joe). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
