He was predeceased by: his brother Sterling Bates Penn; and his grandfathers, Howard T. Stubbs Sr. of Pickens, MS and Lester Alexander Penn, Jr. of Canton, MS.. He is survived by: his parents, Missy Penn and Scott Penn of Canton, MS; his wife Kristen Fisher Penn; his daughters, Maggie, Mary Fisher and Addison; and his sister Mary Hollin Brock (David). He is also survived by his niece and nephews.
