He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Herbert McMullen, Sr. and Margaret Thomas McMullen; and his brother Frank McMullen. He is survived by: his brother Ross Cattle Co; his wife Billie Jean Casbeer McMullen; his children, Luther Herbert "Chap" McMullen, III, Lee McMullen and Jean Elaine McMullen Ellis (Terry); and his grandchildren, Daniel McMullen (Elizabeth), Zan Ellis and Jesse McMullen.
