Evelyn Guess Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2021, at the age of 95, Evelyn Guess of Canton, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her former husband Robert "Bob" Durham; her parents, Percy Sullivan and Tommie Sullivan; her brother Enoch Sullivan; and her husband James M. Guess.

She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Harry (Franklin) of Canton; her grandchildren, Rev. James Charles Moore, Jr. (Shannon) of Chunky and Emily Moore of Natchez; and her stepchildren, Cindy Simmons (Ben) of Dallas, TX, Chuck Guess of Madison and Jim Guess of Fort Worth, TX. She is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren; 8 step-great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

All who attend will be asked to wear a mask and practice COVID protocols.
