He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Sr. Norwood and Virginia Norwood; and his brothers, Elmer Jr., Edward and William (Big Oney).
He is survived by: his children, Susan Carpenter-Bailey (Wilbert), Ashley Norwood-Green (Jason) and Becky (Randon); his grandchildren, Paige, Jacob, Leslie, Addyson, Ava and Aubree; his great grandchildren, Skylar, Tyler and Josiah; and his siblings, Michael and Flora.
