He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, T. P. Montgomery and Martha Jean Montgomery; his wife Debbie Montgomery; his son Chris Montgomery (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Anne Blakely, Mary Katherine and Reid; his daughter Stacy Holston (Lee); his grandchildren, Sarah, Hannah and James; his son David Redd; his grandson Will; his daughter Rebecca Redd; his grandson Sam Hall; his siblings, Tom Montgomery (Linda), Byrd Howie and Daisy Braswell (Dan); and his former wife Karen Montgomery.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Canton Christian Center (2735 S Liberty St, Canton, MS 39046). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sharon United Methodist Church Cemetery (Sharon, MS 39163).
