He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys. He is survived by: his significant other Michele; his sons, Andrew Blake and William Chandler (Shelby); his grandsons, Cash and Cooper Humphries; his father John Dale Humphries; and his siblings, Vivian McGehee, Vickie Brasher (Jeff), Dwight (Laura) and Russell (Jenny). He is also survived by his family and friends.
