He is survived by: his children, Mike Cooper (Joy) of Madison, Tim Cooper of Canton and Beverly Smith (David) of Independence, KY; and his grandchildren, Chad Lipscomb, Tate Lipscomb, Morgan Smith, Mickie Young, Jordan Cooper and Jeremy Partridge. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and devoted friend and caretaker, Dr. Barbara Ricks and her grandson.
