It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie M. Hitsman of Canton, Mississippi, who passed away on September 18, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. For Annie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Steen and Annie B. Steen. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffery Carl Roberts and John Russell Roberts; her stepchildren, Tina Strano and John Hitsman of Kansas; her grandson Christopher Clayton Roberts; her great grandchildren, Emma and Scarlett Roberts; and her sister Elaine Forbush. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
