He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lee Clark and Ellie Gertrude Morgan Clark; his children, Roger Wayne Clark, Tony Clark, Sr., Jamie Clark and Tammy Clark; his stepson Christohper Freeman; his siblings, Cecil Clark, Joseph Perry Clark, Fannie Chrestman, Earlene Linton, Amyree Lucius, Ethel Hinton, Bernice Gann and Estelle Burgess; and his granddaughter Kristi Nix.
He is survived by: his former wife Marie Clark (Hazel Jones) of Houston; his daughters, Robin Jody Clark Hood of Houlka and Kim Clark of California; his stepson Jimmy Lee Freeman of Evansville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Adam Hood (Kayla) of New Site, Tony Clark, Jr. of Plymouth and Belinda; and his great grandchildren, Brynlie Hood, Ellie Mae Hood and Amber Nix. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
